Ram software

I am looking for an experienced developer to help me develop a ram management program in c++. There are many out there on the market but they all seem to be crammed with heaps of unused features: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] But in particular the one I like the most is Rampage ( The source code can be downloaded and examined at the following url) [url removed, login to view] The brief is to clone rampage, but not to infringe on any copyright issues. I dont require the icon in the task bar to be an updating bitmap as rampage is. Just to show a hint when you mouse over it (how much total ram/how much left) So in essence what I need is someone to study rampage, RE-write it and most importantly comment all the code so i can learn at the same stage. I will supply you with images and icons when we get started. I am open to negotiation and suggestions. Please do not apply if you cant speak good english.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
