This project is to write definitions for 2,493 words for a mini dictionary. You may use an online dictionary or other reference sources but the definitions must not be copied word for word (this would be plagurism). A firm grasp of the English language is a must. Definitions must make sense in common English. Work must be completed in the Excell spread sheet I have attached. The first word has a definition already to show you the required format. Leave the spacing rows as they are, just fill in the definitions. I am also attaching an 'out of copyright' Websters dictionary which may be used word for word IF the definition makes sense in modern English. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working spread sheet. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Work is not considered complete until Buyer accepts it as meeting his standards, upon sole perponderance and discretion of the Buyer. If Coder fails to complete project by set time or back out of project, all work completed thus far becomes property of the Buyer at no charge. ## Platform MS Excel Spread Sheet
