Talent under management will be able to complete a profile, upload resumes, upload images, make credit card payments to the agency and manage their bookings and availability calendars. Clients interested in booking talent, will be able to search / browse talent profiles and make payments to the agency. The talent profile search, talent profile selection, group actions & email functions, for clients, will perform in a similar manner to those at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] c) Administration system. The back-end will allow three levels of administrator access for agency principals, management and staff to access, edit, add and delete all talent profiles and client accounts, and to view financial data, as follows. i) agency principals – all the above and sole access to financial data ii) agency management – all except access to financial data iii) agency staff – no deletion of profiles / accounts and no access to financial data The system will provide: i) full availability and bookings history for all talent accounts ii) reports for payments, talent availability, talent / client bookings, client work orders, etc. iii) update of talent calendar when date booked by administrator (this shows up as ‘booked' in talent view unless date is already marked as unavailable by the talent) iv) client selection review email system v) all the above to function in a manner similar to those at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] d) Online payments. A payment gateway, to be specified, will handle customer payments. Most payment gateways process credit & debit cards and e-checks. Others also allow direct PayPal payments (no credit / debit card needed) for people with PayPal accounts. e) Content management system.
