We will take care of the design template we just need the framework. For the foundation of the site I would like to go with the [login to view URL] CMS. With this CMS most of the above features are built into it so it is basically a matter of adding the above content and changing the theme and layout of the site, so there shouldn't be a large amount of coding to be done at all but the search engine may need to reengineered to get back the kind of search results such as region/state/city/specific industry.
