Email Service with PHP

Dear rendacoder programmers: The program that I am interested in is an email program so that my customers can have an email account such as customer123 on my domain name. I already have made a company template in HTML if you need to know whay type of design the service is. I would need it in PHP because I understand it would be the most efficient and cost wise way to start a business of this nature. After reading the list please email me with all of the requirements that I would need to have the hosting company do. This will not be like AOL but like yahoo mail which is a web mail service. Here is a list of requirements: 1) I would need an email service for my customers. 2) The customers would have a choice of 3 plans, a small plan with 5 megabytes of storage at $2.99 per month, a medium plan with 10 megabytes at $5.99 per month, and an economy plan with 18 megabytes of storage at $11.99 per month. 3) The billing would be done by way of verisign, or paypal. 4) When the customers would create an account their desired email address at mydomain and the rate plan that they choose would need to be on the same page as the credit card information so that if the credit card is processed and works then they will be immediately directed to their new email box. 5) This program would be hosted on a dedicated server with linux. 6) I would need some simple help installing the software on the server. 7) Most likely the billing will be done in paypal instead of verisign. Since I can't incorporate a paypal form into my site, the customers would be paying for the webmail service on paypals site. Here's the hard part, well I think it is. If the transaction works and is approved by verisign, the customers would be redirrected to my website where they can create a new account. When they type in the desired email address with their password they would click on the submit type of button on the bottom of the page. If the email address already exists then they would be redirrected back to the page where they try to create a new account. Thank you for reading all of the requirements.
