Paypal purchase system

Hello,

I would like a system that will allow me to upload files to my server and then sell them using PayPal.

I need to be able to organize the files by category (with the ability to add/delete categories as well as move files from one category to another) and add a title, price and description for each file. All of this should be stored in a MySQL database.

I then need a page that will display all of my files and create a paypal buy now button for each.

When a person purchases a file then should come back to the website (using the paypal autoreturn) where there information (name, email, item purchased) will be stored in a database and an encrypted link will be created for them (after verifying that they did purchase) allowing then to download the file they purchased. The link should expire after 5 days or after 3 downloads.

I would like well documented files and a configuration file to change as many parameters as is reasonable (the expiry/number of downloads for example).

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
