PDF creation on the fly from dynamic information - including pictures

I have a client with a website that we design that has a mysql database holding information on equipment that they wish to sell and pictures of that equipment (multiple pictures sometimes). What we need to accomplish is: -Creat 4 templates for what our final pdf will look like -give the client's personnel the ability to select a template, select a piece of equipment and then select one or more pictures that are associated with that piece of equipment -Allow the personnel to enter descriptive information to be included on the pdf -take all of the above--data from the database for that piece of equipment, pictures, descriptions, etc. and dynamically generate a pdf that the personnel can save, print or email to a customer. program/scripting must be in php. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Website is hosted on a linux machine running apache and php version 4.2.1
