I am seeking a developer(s) that can create and deploy a site using the following technologies: [login to view URL] in VB.NET, Flash MX, and SQL Server 2000. I am seeking a web designer that is fluent with all aspects of web design as this project will be devoted to these technologies. Flash will be the creation of the header for the pages and for the logo. The logo will be a moving loop and the header will be consistant throughout the site, as well as the footer which will not incorporate Flash. ASPX will be the page and VB.NET will be the ONLY other language incorporated in those pages. MS SQL Server 2000 is the database. The overall functionality of the site is 3 fold. One - to be able to sell various software packages on the internet as well as books and other downloadable content. Two - to be able to add and delete software packages easily from the site as well as add and delete information about each software product. Every aspect of the site is dynamic in that the content is database driven and easily modified. Three - 100% fully automated in that a person can go to the site, download software after paying with a credit card and then become part of a statistic calculation that indicates all the financial information for transactions so we can compare to the merchant credit card account transactions. This individual needs to be available for maintenance of the site for small overlooked factors and will be compensated an additional 20% in the form of a bonus. The work needed in the additional phase is to cover things like Mac users and UNIX users that are unable to get where they need to go to purchase and also other issues as they come about. The person(s) that take this project can open many doors for future development as well as the ability to develop the applications sold online. Expected timeframe for modifications is approxiamately 10 working days with contact to the coder and project manager every evening or every other evening. More information will be provided upon acceptance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) A site map and graphic representation of what is happening between the client and between the server. 5) Detailed specifications on the database level as well with "cleaning" scripts that will run and make the site not be overloaded with temporary data files for both the database and the site in general. ## Platform Everything is to function in the Windows .NET Framework on an IIS server running SCSI RAID level 5 and the aforementioned hardware/software. This application should be available to every person in the world that is running a computer on the internet, Mac, UNIX, Windows, Linux, etc.
