Website Design and Development - Big Business Opportunity

Well im a businessman from the UK, I have over 50 webcam models working for me, and over 500 paying customers. Im looking for a business partner who can design and develope a site for me and work with me on a long term basis. My current intake without a site is between $500 and $1000 per week. Its time to take my business worldwide, the potential is enormous as you can imagine. I can pay a few hundred pounds, and get a professional designer to do it in UK. But this is not what I want to do, im NOT looking for someone to hire, im looking for a PARTNER. This is a long term business, I need loyality, reliability, and capability. Because of this, the payment as such is a stake in the intake of money we make once the site is up, 5%. Example - $2000 made in a week, you will get $100. Once you have made the site, your only responsibility will be to ensure the site is up and running, and to sort out any problems it occurs. And finally to improve the site continually as u see fit. Thats it. Very easy work as u can tell after the site is done. I will take care of everything else in the business and run it, the models, the payrolls, customers, advertising, payment options, banking, customer/model queries etc etc. I will generate the income. I know for a fact this will make me rich, and make alot of money for my partner. So only serious prospects apply.
