Website Re-Design, need more professional...

I need my site: [login to view URL] re-designed to look more professional. I need the logo re-made. Color scheme to be more appropriate. I want more account management stuff at the top (login, help, support). Under the account stuff I need the header w/flash. Then the rest of the site. It needs to be more organized then it is now. It needs custom made icons (login, support, contact us, etc...). Re-arrange any info to get straight to the point on the frontpage like: [login to view URL] My site you need to "search around" to get plans and etc... The header can be like [login to view URL] but some flash animation in it. Feel free to move plans on to the homepage, etc. Organize it well so it gets straight to the point in the first page and invites people to order. Pricing on the first page would be good too. Basically the goal of this project is to make my site as professional looking as possible while still extremely easy to navigate and find what people are looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
