Build a Website

I am looking to develop a website with following feature sets: - Ability for users to register or connect via Google+, Facebook or Twitter - Users will have ability to create a customizable profile and other users will be able to view those profiles. - Ability for users to add friends or foes - Ability for users to communicate with each other - Ability for users to invite for a discussion or debate on a particular topic - Ability for users to participate in debate or discussion and +1 or -1 user comment - Statistics components detailing top debates, top discussion topics, trending topics, top users etc. - Help page - Contact page - Front page with few graphic slides - Rules page detailing information to users, FAQ etc. - Other few pages will be discussed in detail later on. The website should use responsive HTML design with AJAX and CSS design. It should use modern web development standards and elegant graphic design. It does not matter if you are building up using existing frameworks such as wordpress, drupal or joomla as long as website is easy to load and contains all the functionalities. It should be possible to add new functionality and customize it. So my preference would be to use PHP as application language and MySQL as backend database language. For animations on website, JQuery javascript framework should be used. It should be implemented with a focus such that it can be extended to desktop applications or mobile applications. It means it will create APIs for most of the things to make it easier to access from other platforms.
