I need a basic website to promote a new start-up brand. The client doe snot have a ton of money, but will add more features (Phase Two) if the products take off. Below are the specs of Phase One of the website. PHASE ONE SPECS: Home Page with Splash Graphic and text in Main Body and Logo Header with Menu (Splash Graphic and Logo Supplied as Adobe Illustrator File or PhotoShop) About Page with Sublinks - Founder bio, video, pics - history of Product Line with pics - bio of family partners with embedded youtube video and pics Products Page - Product One with sizes and color options - Product Two with size and color options - Product Three News and Press Shopping Cart/Checkout Additional features/buttons: Facebook/YouTube/Twitter integration (Like, share, tweet buttons) Latest Tweets display We will supply vector logos and company splash graphics the rest of the design including banners, pages, Facebook/twitter/YouTube icons, navigation and other buttons are to be designed and delivered (including work files) by designer. Design should include a content management system to allow site admin to add/update text, links, photos, embed YouTube video links, add search engine tags, and add products into the store online without needing to know HTML or other code. Regarding Store: It should use Paypal and allow site admin to set colors, sizes and prices as well as calculate shipping on products (flat rate or via paypal engine). Admin should also be able to flag products as "back ordered" or "in stock." Client only anticipates selling about 12 products right now, but each will have several colors available and some will also come in different sizes. Site should integrate with social media and should encourage viewers to like the company Facebook page, YouTube channel, follow on twitter, etc. It should also auto publish news and press releases posted on the website to the company Facebook page. There should be a place on the page where latest tweets by the company are displayed and for tags to display. Using a template for the site is okay to keep costs down. All work files/graphics must be supplied on completion so that we can make changes to the menu system and site if needed. Efforts will be made to use the Freelancer in future but if they are not available, we need to be able to make changes. Once the project is awarded we will send the graphic files in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNTIL YOU HAVE FULL READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE SPECIFICATIONS. THIS CLIENT IS A START-UP AND IS LOOKING FOR A FAIRLY SIMPLE SITE, AFFORDABLE SITE WITH THE HOPES OF EXPANDING ONCE PRODUCTS BEGIN TO SELL.

There are quite good themes available on themeforest which can be purchased (to keep the cost low) and then customized as per the need.
