Complete a Website

I have a website done that is incomplete and need it to be completed. The website URL is brandelevation.ae. What needs to be done.. 1) The content that needs to be added if not already there will be provided and simply has to be added to the pages and formatted to look the part. 2) While all pages are static, we will require 2 non-static pages where we need to have control over the content and images added a) The first will be the Rental page, clicking on detail on any of the category will load a lightbox that needs to allow us to upload images to and update the content once an image is clicked on. This is ready but a backend interface for us to be able to do this will need to be done. b) A new section called gallery will need to be added that shows pics of work done by us. This again will have to have a backend page that allows us to upload images and content to this page. This is something that will need to be added. 3) Tweaks and fixes for cross-browser functionality 4) The contact us form validation and working needs to be completed 5) Mobile responsiveness will also need to be improved to get things working as expected. These are the main things that need to be finished up. Site is built in PHP and MySql.
