freelance website script needed

Needed a freelancer style website script and upload onto my godaddy server

Script must have PayPal integration

Script must have complete admin control panel

Script must be able to be easily customised.

We will need the option to adjust headings, drop down menus etc...as the website will be for construction workers. We are a UK based business although we have bought the domain [url removed, login to view]

We will need the option to add a graphic looking main page easily

Screen prints of the script layout will be needed to be seen,
