Joomla Template Modification

I have a website which I already uploaded a Joomla template on it. I want it to be done in 15 days, then please don't bother yourself by offering doing it in less time which does not mater for me. I need CSS modification for my website in a way that it looks like the way I wanted ( I created a Power Point presentation of what I want. It may need few free extensions to be added or just CSS modification. It may take some hours from a Joomla expert. the pilot website address is [login to view URL], you may check it ( the change should be done here than I will transfer it to the main address). the website language is Persian and it is right-to-left. After you awarded the project, I will give you the Joomla site ID and password you may use it to install or manipulate the modules/extensions. I also need a classifieds ads extension which could be a free one of your choice. it should be also right to left and I want it to be a mainmenu item. please provide your price in the following details: 1.
