Write a simple html form using POST method

there's a mobile chatting app which is published now and available to download in both iOS and android (not written by me), it's also available in desktop browser version, but the browser version is very limited and doesn't provide the interface to add friends now i want to add many friends in this app, and i found in a forum that there's a POST method for adding friend: [login to view URL] (exact link will be given once the project is awarded) Parameters: id=xxxxx (user IDs, i already have them) remark=hi (message when i add the friend) access_token=xxxxxxxxxxx i'm not familiar with this, and now i got all these info and i need to add a bunch of friends with the user IDs i have now, these are all the information i have (i will tell you app name of course once the project is awarded), don't ask me about the code, the app is not developed by me, if it is, i wouldn't ask for help in this project. DO NOT SEND ME TEMPLATE BID WHILE BIDDING THIS PROJECT I WILL DELETE THEM IMMEDIATELY, THANKS!
