Google PR6

I need my web hosting company website to achieve a Google PR of six. This is needed ASAP, but read further to be familier with my deadline. In order to achieve PR6, I need more than website which has PR7 to link to my website. I believe that Google updates its PR once a month, and those websites if higher PR (i.e PR7) get updated faster. Here is my conditions for bidders (any bidder that does not follow these conditions will no be even considered, so dont waste your time nor mine please!).. 1- A bidder have to send his PR7 website(s) with his bid. 2- A bidder website(s) have to be webmasters-related. 3- This is not an I-Want-To-Buy-A-Link project! The link (either text, or banner) has to be clear in the web page to drive me traffic also and not be considered spamming. 4- No reciprocal links, link farms or whatever. I request a webmaster to be a stratigic partner. 5- Payment will be at achieving the result, if my google toolbar showed my PR6, you get paid. If not, you won't! No "I have linked to you so pay me now"! Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
