Inbound links for education site

I'm looking for someone who can get 25-50 inbound links for a career education site. The links need to come from sites with a Google Page Rank of 4 or higher. I'll provide anchor text. I'm interested in one way links. I'd like to get this project underway as soon as possible, and I'm prepared to make other similar projects available in the future. ## Deliverables 1. All links pointing to our web site should come from pages of Google Page Rank of 4 and higher. 2. The links should be static hyperlinks coming from static pages or home page of the other web site. 3. The pages where links to our web site will be listed should be reachable from the home page of the other web site within 2 clicks. Links from deep pages are acceptable depending on traffic and Page Rank. 4. You will ensure that the links contain the correct anchor text; also that the URL is typed correctly and resolves to the correct page. 5. You should respond promptly to email, and communicate effectively with link partners. 6. Links from sites whose focus is on porn, XXX sites, hate, racism, casino or sites containing illegal, offensive, or immoral materials are not acceptable. 7. You will not submit our site to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission from us. 8. You will not enter our site in any commercial/professional/web rings links exchange program like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. 9. You will not submit our site to Free for all (FFA), guest books or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. All process should be honest and manual. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable and not acceptable. 10. You will not get more than 10 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company. 11. Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable. 12. All links must be documented with URL in a Word document or Excel format with the following information: The URLs of all sites where our link is placed, along with written confirmation of acceptance by the website's owner. 13. All links must be residing on a page with no more than 50 links per page. 14. Send an email confirmation when a link becomes live 15. **Only one link should come from each unique domain name.** ## Platform 1. Please explain how you will obtain the links. 2. Please provide samples of previous work with references.
