**Project Specifications** Introduction: Our client needs us for Search Engine Optimization. They currently have their listings for cars pointing to [login to view URL] as this site manages their listings for them. See below for details. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] provides the client a way to upload listings once and the client can at the click of a button determine on which partner sites the listings will appear. For example, the client uploads a BMW 330i and adds specifications, photos and details about the car. The client can, from his admin at [login to view URL] upload the BMW 330i to [login to view URL] for display there and also for display on [login to view URL] Currently the client does not want to duplicate this process but will want to do so in the future. Phase one of this project is to set up a site map for him that is search engine friendly so that we can drive traffic to his site. So if a user goes to Google and types ?? We need to optimize for the following: Brand names: BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz Each model for each brand above Key phrases: Pre Owned, Certified Pre Owned, Used, For sale, service, service center, dealer, parts City Names: Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills A page might look like [login to view URL] Or if a user wanted to search for a used pre owned BMW 330i in Phoenix the page might look like [login to view URL] In order for each page to be optimized, we want to include listings, so it would be great to allow him to either manage his current listings and simply add those listings to this new system we create (probably not possible via ebizautos) or tell him he will have to create the ads twice, once on [login to view URL] as well as on our system. This could be an advantage to us, as it will mean that later on he will have to switch away from [login to view URL] We should also have news and RSS feeds as well as links on each page so it is well optimized. Each page will also have links to contact information so others can contact the sales and service departments. Each page should also have the keywords well placed on the site for optimization as well as all Tags properly optimized. His current listings which are part of [login to view URL] are laid out poorly and we should improve on it. If we hire you for phase one, you will also get phase two which should be considered now but will be done at a later time. Phase two is allowing the client to upload all of his listings and not use [login to view URL] but whe will still be able to post to sites like Ebay (API ) and [login to view URL] 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform you can propose this in any language.
