create slideshow with admin to manage slides

Hi, We want to add a slideshow to our web site. [login to view URL] We currently have a slide show which is not compatible with ie10 and some issues with ie8. We need this slide show to be compatible with all browsers Key Features slideshow: - make the navigation buttons look and function exactly like the current slideshow - make the size of the slides exactly as they are now 425 x 428 px Key features admin: - user name and password log in - allows user to add new slide to slide show. - fields should be browse for image and url for slide to link to - slide does not need to have a link to be added - ability to turn a slide off or on. This way we do not have to delete the slide and can turn it back on later if we want - allow 10 slides to be able to be shown on the slide show. Allow unlimited slides in the admin area to manage - the slideshow much be setup as a php include so we can drop the slideshow into any web page of the web site - much be programmed using a flatfile database. We do not have a database on the server. I have attached a sample admin and slideshow we used before. This admin no longer works so thats why we need a new one. Thank you Todd
