Java Vector Class Program

This is a relatively simple Java program so it shouldn't take too long. Program: Write a program using vector class in Java to represent 2-dimensional vectors. Cartesian Coordinats must be used to represent vectors. Must have one constructor and four instance methods. Constructor: public Vector (double x, double y) [Initialize vector by two components of double] Scalar Method: public Vector Scalar(double c) [The magnitude is scaled by a factor but the orientation remains the same. The following example shows vector (x, y) is scaled by a factor c, which results in another vector (cx, cy)] Dot Product Method: public double dotProduct(Vector vector) [The dot product evaluates to a real number. The following formula evaluates the dot product of two vectors (x1, y1) and (x2, y2), which results in a value of type double.] Addition Method: public Vector add(Vector vector) [The following formula describes the addition of two vectors (x1, y1) and (x2, y2), and the result is another vector (x3, y3)] toString() method: public String toString( ) [This method returns a string representing the Vector object. The string should be of form “(x, y)??, for example, for a vector, v, which has the x component as 3, and y component as 4, “[login to view URL]()?? returns (3, 4).] In a seperate program client a VectorClient class needs to be developed which creates two Vector objects. Display the objects created, perform scalar multiplication on the first Vector object and display the result. Then add the first vector (original one) and the second vector and display the resulting vector. Finally, obtain the dot product of the previous two resultant vectors, and display the real number result. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 1.
