Greetings, My objective here is to update this program to allow one to select one of the three mortgage levels, and then display the details, loans should be selectable. It's obvious that the program already displays 3 mortgage loans: 7 year at 5.35%, 15 year at 5.5 %, and 30 year at 5.75%. I would like to see an array for the different loans and also display the mortgage payment amount for each loan. Then, list the loan balance and interest paid for each payment over the term of the loan. I also want to use loops to prevent lists from scrolling off the screen. I also want to use a class in this program just with the three different loans. Please do not use a graphical user interface. Please insert comments in the program to document the program. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
