change website from wordpress TO html5, php,Ajax,Java, media

I would like to have a similar website [login to view URL] (similar style---layout though my site existing is more material the layout no function, the designer couldnt do her job, links she chose wordpress (my sister--who no longer is my partner) did this without my knowledge and i dont want a template.!!This existing wordpress can be changed easily to the codes i listed below (i think they are correct ons) media added home page tour, get rid of those ugly dashes, template so constricting, new bios, add in 6 more topics and i have outline. media will be needed in the other topic "guest features" that was to be a 2nd site but i lost 2 years and more so i combined the 2 into one site....i want this done professionally with me!! quick! not expensive--you get all credit free media ad or regular a i need you with me!! id like it to be developed with customizations.
