568039 Create date picker w/ admin panel to designate avail dates

This date picker is on a web form. It must do the following. 1. Allow an admin to designate which dates and spans are available for appointments in the calendar for an entire year. Examine the attached PDF to see a sample admin panel that provides the flexibly to block specific dates and times or recurring dates and times. Other solutions and looks are fine as long as they work. 2. Allow the default appointment length (in minutes) to be changed by the admin only. 3. Block off booked appointment from the picker so that appointments are not double booked AND have an admin option to allow double booking (up to "X" amount of appointments.) similar to booking an event with "X" amount of available seats. Entering 1 on the admin form would allow only a single appointment per time slot. SEE THE SAMPLE ATTACHED. 4. Populate an existing database with the appointment date. (sample instructions on the document attached). The form and database are created in an application called Infusionsoft which allows push and pull and the document explains how to simply send the data from the picker to the database. Format the form so the picker works in it.
