Design Fixes & Custom Magento Work for Existing Site

I require immediate work for an existing magento ecommerce site. Freelancer MUST be a knowledgeable and experienced Magento developer, have excellent spoken and written English, HTML CSS PHP experience, and be able to complete task in short timely manner. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! The work will involve: - a custom Front Page Element Manager that is managed and controlled in Magento backend. It consists of a matrix of various sized elements (please see the jpeg attached) to be featured in the front page of the store. Backend will be able to control the amount of rows of what type of configuration for each row. For example, it should be able to place 5 rows of configuration 4 and so on. The amount of rows and the type of configuration for each row is all determined in backend. As for the elements (or ad spaces), we should be able to upload a jpeg file for each element of each row. We would also like a mouseover effect similar to one found on [login to view URL] page where a description bar appears upon mouseover. - HTML work for main landing page similar to [login to view URL] (clear cookies to see the page). We have an existing landing page, it just needs some fixes and adjusting. We provide the images, layout in psd, & content, we just need to rearrange elements, make background picture auto-adjust and locked, condense page where the header and footer are automatically positioned so that scrolling is at a minimal. [login to view URL] landing page is pretty much what we're looking for. - We need a fairly simple mouseover effect on our header for each tab. The extension we are using is ProNav by BrandAmmo for Magento. Freelancer MUST be able to show proven samples of the work listed above or similar.
