263404 Hosting Website Needed

Hello everyone, I am starting a new business which is based on Webhosting. I need a good programmer who can prepare me a complete website with Ecommerce Facility like normal web-hosting companys have. It should also have a help desk. It should be SEO friendly & hacker safe also. I can provide you with the PSD file of the design but you will have to convert it to HTML & CSS. Please don't use table to design. The HTML & CSS should be w3c compliant. Ajax is also preferred at places. The website should have full Ecommerce facility to buy servers, proper billing system, online chat facility & helpdesk system. The website should be able to accept Paypal,moneybookers & 2CO payment gateways. Proper user control panel should also be there where they can see their invoices etc. The admin panel must be CMS driven. I need the website to be built in PHP/MYSQL Technology. The website should be multi language.( It will be mainly for the european languages along with english.) I have created the design already but it's in jpg you will have to properly format it in PSD format. I will try to provide the psd file if possible. You will be developing the website in your server & i need regular updates. If you have any questions please ask me. If i have missed out any point do let me know.
