Lottery Numbers

Wanted!!! A script that will allow a user to enter 6 UNIQUE numbers between 1 and 46. The HTML would have 6 INPUT boxes and ONLY ONE SUBMIT button (or RESET). The script will have to check the validity of the numbers and check if there are any repeats. Also, would need a function for the program to pick the numbers for the user if they so desired. The results would be stored in a database table. This small scriptlet is for a larger project I am developing.
