PHP Developer

I have a basic php website that another developer created (attached). We're using MySQL for the database. I am fed up with all the bugs and need a superman to come in and fix up these permissions issues. Creating reports do not work properly. It's really really REALLY basic, but I need them fixed without creating new bugs. I have attached the entire site for your review of the code, as well as the site documentation. If you feel comfortable taking on this project let me know your HOURLY rate. I don't expect you to bid on the project without knowing the details. Here is what I want: 1. Do NOT provide me boilerplate replies 2. Review the attached information and let me know how comfortable you are working on this project 3. Let me know your level of experience If you pass my simple qualifications I will provide you the basic problems that need to be fixed. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am looking for a long term go-to guy to work on more projects!
