Export and new fields in Virtuemart 2.6.x Orders

########## EXPORT ORDERS ######### We need make export orders for VM 2.6.x on list of orders in administration. Admin check (check list) orders, which he want export and click on button EXPORT (new button in top right corder) We need option to define 2 different fields order under buttons EXPORT 1 and EXPORT 2 Next admin get exported orders in new window: delivery surname;delivery first name;delivery city;delivery address_1;;delivery address_2;delivery zip;;;delivery phone_1;email;order number;0.5;order total price;order number again;price for payment;delivery address - company;delivery country; Each next order on new row. All fields are just exported from database except "price for payment" About "price for payment": if payment is Cash on delivery - the fields = total price (price ao all goods plus price for delivery plus payment fee) if payment is before on bank account - this fields = "0" We do like: if payment name have some phrase inside (like "cash") => price for payment = total price if not => price for payment is "0" ########## NEW FIELDS ######### We need add to order 2 new fields: Invoice number and Track&Trace Number This fields will be on two place: 1. in Order Details - When Click on Update Status. Fields will be saved together with new status. 2. on List of Orders - in column Status - admin can add and save this two fields from here also. Fields Track&Trace Number will be add to notify email for users. ######## NOTE ########## We want this new codes in php file visibly bordered, because of future update of Virtuemart. And list of all updated files. We offer extra tip, if this project will be make like plugin without edit core files. We can discuss about price for plugin version extra.
