Joomla - K2 plugin notification

I need a K2 Plugin (zip installer for K2 version 2.5+) for Joomla 2.5+ that once activated, it will notify of new items submitted via frontend by any user. This Plugin must have the following options: 1. A select list with the label "notify the following K2 user groups" which will allow to select NONE, ONE or VARIOUS K2 user groups that will be notified of new items. The e-mail will be sent to the K2 user profile e-mail. 2. A select list with the label "notify the following Joomla user groups" which will alow to select NONE, ONE or VARIOUS Joomla user groups that will be notified of new items. The e-mail will be sent to the Joomla user profile e-mail. Further details will be supplied once the freelancer is chosen, however it will be small things. The e-mail process must be sent using the Joomla Global Configuration Mail settings. Only bid if u are able to do the job!! No excuses like "I don't have access to documentation" or whatsoever will be accepted. If you bid it's because you know how Joomla works, you know how K2 CCK works...
