Game Portal Script in PHP/My SQL

You must sign agreement to transfer all rights to me. This project is to write PHP/MySQL script to run game portal. Here is what I want to have this script. - Must be all functions which are present in [login to view URL] (this is my site on commercial script, I will give you admin access so you will see admin functions too) - Must be all function from [login to view URL] which are not present in freegames.gamevia.com. Like My Favorites and Just Played, Top Game (Last Week, Last Month, All Time),all function under What’s Hot tab (Top Rated, Most Popular, Most Reviewed, Most Favorited) broken by genre and filter by time. - Developers should be able to submit games to the site by using form and after submit game should be pending until admin approve game. Script must work using templates so it will be easy to change layout Price should include initial layout design. Initial layout description: - must be similar (NOT the same) to [login to view URL] but in genres section please list games with short description like they are listed on [login to view URL] instead of just images. - at very bottom below all graphical layout make list of categorized all games like on [login to view URL] (should be link to “Hide This Full Games List?? to hide that list ??" remember in cookie). - add additional 798x90 spot for advertisements between graphics layout and text list of all games (like on [login to view URL]) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
