We have a PC running a car rental software. The software is conected to a server with sql database to store the data. The information of cars, prices, fees , payment are managed through this pc software.
We want to develop a car rental website for rent/make reservations online. I am attaching a 2 FILES with tech details of database conection. Remaining connection details and tech support for connection will be given after project award.
Basically website must take information of existing database.
NOTE-->BIDS FROM FREELANCERS THAT JUST SAY "I CAN DO IT" WITHOUT READ JOB REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
JOB TASKS.
1. DESIGN IS READY. i already have html files for responsive design. Must be added just 1 or 2 correction on CSS.

We want all steps for rent/make reservation appear on the same screen without rechange the page. Do it something like STEPS 1/4 and user keep advancing on same screen. Basically i want users do things faster with few click and everyting on same windows.
Page will be responsive so i suppose the user can do the same in a smartphone.
3. Create another menu called OUR FLEET.
this menu will just show all cars that exist on database. if are a lot of cars and page loading is too much add some pagination or something.
4. Create 3 additonal menu. ABOUT US, CONTACT INFO with contact form, ADDITIONAL INFO.
if is used some cms i can create the menu and pages myself.
5. integrate the payment provider for users pay using the credit card
6. IMPORTANT NOTE -->i am not programmer. We are not looking a robot that just do exactly what i say.
I want a car rental website who take information from existing database. During the process may happen things like
option A or B
add C or D
we are looking an expertise that can suggest us for improve final result or add things that i dont see or i forget and you as proffesional know must be added.
We are looking someone who make a good integration and make something beatiful as design we already have. EXAMPLE->Not just add an ugly textbox.... add a nice textbox or an icon if is required.
