Alexa ranking

I want a linkpopularity program that will load a list of domain names from a text file (or from [login to view URL]) and only query the Alexa engine and show the Page Rank of each domain. I want the program optimized for speed. I want it to be able to run from windows 2000/98.

## Deliverables
