This is a serious project for a Video IM similar to Yahoo Messenger. A clone of Y! messenger is definitely the best way to describe it! This is the reason we prefer to work with a programmer / company that has already worked/produced a similar project (people that haven’t got any relevant experience plz do not bother to bid)

§ Small, manageable file for client download
§ Invite friends - search for friends - by name, email, id
§ Login invisibility status
§ Ability to format font face, size and color
§ Incorporation of custom emoticons
§ Use of flash to create background image in the message area.
§ Offline messages
§ Message archive
§ User can manage friends/folders
§ Buzz door bell
§ Ignore friends/users list
§ Integration/access (links) to news, weather, games (from other sites)
