72620 Streamin Media Info & Help

This is a bid for Information and help on setting up a live streaming A/V broadcast. The bidder should be FULLY knowledgeable in this media application. In all reality, the winning bidder will be asked to bid on installation and support of the proposed information. What I have is the following: + Desire to operate a live & rebroadcast talkshow format program from my private studio. + I have currently a cable connection at approx T1 speed. + Dual 3+Gig processor, 160gig raid, 1 Gig ram + Mics, Cameras, Video/Audio Mixers + Registered Active domain. Currently looking t Windows Media Encoder 9 as streaming software. I want to be able to stream to 1 to 1000 or more users live or pre-recorded. Will have links for archived shows for download. Currently my thinking is to link to my media server from my hosted domain. I see other services where a "Listen" button is clicked and a "Pop-Up window" asks for a username and email address. Then when properly filled out, a emailed verification link is activated. Once activated, user can listen to live or pre-recorded media. Live Video requires a "paid or Free" membership. Currently use amember with "Multicards" credit card verification and processor. I am looking at not spending much more if anything on software. The information and purpose of this project is to evaluate what I have, what I want to do, the best, least expensive way to get the projuct launched. Again, please no nonsense.
