XML UPS Time in Transit

Full documentation is available from UPS via me upon request. It details all the XML stuff and has sample code for VB and Java. However, I'm only able to run Perl or PHP. I would prefer the code to be in Perl, but I'm not certain if Perl will work. PHP is my second choice and I know that it works as UPS provided me with a demo version of the XML Tracking function. The script in either perl or php would be fed a postal/zip code from a html form and would need to return a formatted html response. I'd need two copies with only a slight difference: - one for shipments originating in Canada and destined to Canada - one for shipments originating in Canada and destined to the US. ****edit: info and .zip added *** File contains UPS documentation for UPS time in transit XML tool I've also added two files - another large zip that has documentation for UPS tracking XML and a php script that was provided by UPS as an example for UPS tracking XML tool by php.. The script that you're bidding on is one for UPS time in transit that'll work like the UPS tracking one - except the user would input their zip or postal code instead of a tracking number and would receive the various time in transit/shipping options rather than a package status. An html form would be used to feed the script from my site, then the results would be returned in html. The included .php file has been disabled to protect my ups info (login, password, access key, etc.) - but it does function perfectly from my site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I have two possible locations I run this from - both of them are running *nix.
