Joomla Work - JoomGallery Wishlist Fix/Edit, Contact Page Fix/Cleanup, CSS Cleanup

Hello. We have a modified Joomla-based website ([url removed, login to view]) that needs the following things done:

1. There is a 'wishlist' feature in the JoomGallery and part of the feature (upload box) is also on the contact form pages. This wishlist doesn't work well and we would like a new system which doesn't require the user to download and then upload a file to us when submitting a contact form.

Perhaps there is a solution that allows them to 'send' their wishlist to us and simply prompts them to enter the additional information fields from the contact form when they send it. You can see the fields/info we need here: [url removed, login to view]

2. Our contact form pages currently use images to show the location's name, business phone and other details. We need this to be changed to text - however it must still have the same general appearance/style/colors

3. Depending on what solution you devise for the 'wishlist' above, we will probably need to delete the 'upload your wishlist' section on the contact forms.

4. Remove the "Joomla Professional Work" link on the bottom of the contact forms. Add store hours to Sarnia's contact form.

5. When this site was designed, the text colors were either gray or purple/red. After some sloppy coding by a previous coder, some text is blue (I believe this is a CSS issue)....this text needs to be changed back to gray.

ATTENTION: If there is an existing 'wishlist' feature that will fulfill our needs, I would like to see it in action on another website (if possible). I'm more likely to choose a coder who INCLUDES THIS LINK/INFO IN THEIR BID. If what we require needs to be custom-coded, than don't worry about showing me a working example.
