OScommerce - New Features, Glitch Fixes, Page Design, Etc...

We have a very heavily modified OScommerce-based ecommerce website which needs some major work done to all aspects of it (backend, frontend and integration with 3rd party vendors (payment processing)). The right coder will have had experience with OScommerce and have a very strong understanding of how the OScommerce system works. I will work closely with you during the process and I will make myself available via chat from early morning until late at night. Eliminate Blue description box on product pages. Extend the small gray bar around the content and make it dynamically extend. put a drop shadow on it. 2. Add ability to make items go on sale (make "our price" a strike-through and make sale price very visible. Also make a link/graphic to items on sale from main site = change 'community' link to On Sale Now (make it reddish color). 3. Add "flashing" graphic to site to encourage people to continue ordering after they register (use a stop sign graphic?). Also mention an email has been sent. Mention if you registered as a business to check your email for important information you'll need prior to checking out. 4. make it so that a 5th (and more) thumbnail on product page doesn't mess up the layout of the page. 5. Create a $200 order minimum threshold (including shipping). Failure to meet the minimum should result in an on-screen message letting customers know that they need to add more items to their cart. 6. change pricing on product page to reflect actual price (vs. furthest quantity discount) also change "sale price" to "Our Price". In smaller gray italic font (reddish color for price) below price say "As low as $[login to view URL]" <--this refers to the lowest price in quantity discount chart. 7. Get rid of any verbage discussing a delivery timeframe. 9. Add signup form for newsletter 10. add additional search fields to orders and customers area of backend 11. make order numbers visible on order screen in backend (they're currently only visible in the page's URL) 12. increase size of product thumbnail on product pages so that it's width fills entire right column (200 x 200?) 13. Add trust-guard certification to checkout pages and site's footer (very bottom of footer...and more evident on checkout pages...as well as in the footer) [login to view URL] 13. create customer testimonials page. Make it so that I can copy and paste in a customer's name, comment, date (or auto-timestamp it) etc. from the backend. Also allow a photo upload. 14. Create a FAQ Page 15. Combine Privacy and Conditions of Use Pages. (call it "Privacy & Conditions of Use"...combine content from both pages on this page). 16. When adding shipping quote, it eliminates the discount from being applied. 20. When adjusting orders the GST is duplicated many MANY times (it doesn't affect the order total, but it's very confusing to customers) 21. When working on a CAN$ currency order some items in order edit screen are in US$ and vice versa.
