72643 Combo DELPHI and PHP program

This program will be a combination of: a Delphi 5 Compatible Program and one PHP script. The Delphi Program will be able to run stand-alone, OR be included as a form inside another Delphi Application. The Delphi program/form will "silently" detect if the Internet is present - NO MATTER WHAT TYPE CONNECTION - And collect information from the PC, including the serial number of the C: drive. It will not perform it's function unless a valid Internet connection is present. the Delphi program will read & decrypt control values stored in a control file as encrypted strings, such as a URL address. The Delphi program will collect information from the user, including an email address, and format it. Acting As It's own SMTP server, it will also send an email using that user email address as the "to" address. After quick validation of the information given, the Delphi Program will 'connect' to the PHP script IN THE BACKGROUND and pass the data collected, using the domain address stored in the control file, by the most compatible means possible. The PHP script will have an external configuration file, for entries such as the data file location/path. The PHP script will append the data received from the Delphi program to the CSV datafile. If there are no errors, it will return "completed" (or something similar) to the Delphi Program, and "error" if not. The Delphi program will make an entry in the local control file, encrypted, indicating whether the transfer was successful or not. the Delphi program MUST be designed for a 640x480 screen and 'pretty'. Use graphic backgrounds and buttons, and buttons need roll-over effects. That is the basic operational flow. more detials of parameters and files will be provided later. 3rd party components may be used, but must be approved. Deliver Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
