subcontractors search & portfolio site

This site is multilingual and contains English, Hebrew and Russian languages. This site will be used for low voltage, cellular, communication networks and fiber optic Infrastructures portfolio and subcontractors search. In first time all free, but must be an option to collect money from both sides. Design – I have design for main & subject pages. Needs to copy design to subcontractor’s module. Subcontractor’s module – I have module (joomla, [login to view URL] , but need to change and make it in other languages. It must include subcontractors login/registration (requires) and entrepreneurs login/registration (not requires), subcontractors registration must include skills (checkbox – subcontractor choose the relevant skills, text box – subcontractor write the relevant text), The idea - entrepreneur can find a subcontractor according the skills and experience. Home page and subject pages like portfolio pages include links, banners & social networks links (facebook, twitter…). All pages include: ? Menu – Home, 4 Subjects, Find subcontractors, Contact Us ? Footer - Links to social networks (facebook, twitter…), terms, contact us, cooperating text.
