219684 Joomla Conversion

Hello, We are looking for a Joomla specialist to convert an existing html table website to a Joomla template. You must be able to start and finish this project quickly. We would like to start it as soon as possible (even Today!) with the right professional. This is a straightforward project for an experienced developer who has done this type of project before and knows what they are doing. It will be broken down into 2 phases, if I am happy with your phase 1 work I will give you first chance to bid for phase 2. CSS XHTML with no tables Only bid if you have experience with coding CSS based templates for Joomla. We require samples of your past work (Joomla only ) other's will be totally ignored. So feel free to post working links. The more specific the samples the better your chances, especially conversions! Phase 1 must be completed ASAP. 1. Bidders need to have a excellent understanding of PHP, Joomla, css, MySQL, and must be able to work on this project immediately. 2. We want a site map and seo friendly url's. 3. we would like you to do general SEO as you build out the pages, using keyword phrases we will supply. You will suggest Title tag and copy modifications and other recommendations. 4. We need the Joomla modules for Search Engine Friendly names, Google Site Map, Content Xplorer. 5. Providers need to provide examples of joomla sites only that they have worked on. Functionality that must be included: 1. Contact us form 2. Schools Form 3. Bussiness Form 4. Forms must utilize captcha, SSL for basic security. 5. Form data must be written to MySQL databse as well as sent via email. 5. FAQ module. 6. Flash container module on the home page. (see attached PDF with notes) 7. Cross browser compatible, IE6, IE7, FF, Opera, Safari. We will provide the existing image files. you MUST be able to provide an email update at least once a day, regardless of progress made. We Will require an email including your plan prior to acceptance, this weeds out the unqualified. You must be continually able to update me through Yahoo IM. We will make a 25% GAF escrow upon acceptance of Project, an additional 25% once the content has been converted and tested, 25% once the forms are functional and tested, and final 25% after I upload to my site and test with your assistance. WE ONLY WORK WITH ESCROW PAYMENTS. $25 Bonus if we work well together. Look forward to working with an experienced and reliable developer long term. I don't want to hear how great your company.
