OptimizePress Wordpress Launch Setup

Hi I am using optimize press to try and launch a non for profit charity. I am currently having trouble setting up the launch. At the moment I have these pages setup 1. Squeeze Page-----> Confirmation PAge 2. Video Page 1 2. Video Page 2 3. Video Page 3 4. Sales Page All of the content is finished etc, all I need is for someone to set up the launch so it integrates with the optimizepress gateway system. It involves these steps 1. Going into mailchimp and working out how create form and then sending to confirmaiton page. 2. Activating the cookies so they are directed to the right video after the email confirmation. In terms of training, I realize you may have not heard of optimize press, it is just an wordpress theme. I will grant you access to any training videos via the optimizepress website. The website in question is www.firstthing.org. As you can see I have created the squeeze page and the form but if you opt in you get an error. Please help thanks zac
