Software application to create schematic diagrams

I am looking for a piece of software which will create schematic diagrams for my business. It needs to be separated into 3 sections to create the drawings. I need the following - Inputs - Transmitters (if required) - Switching equipment - Receivers (if required) - Outputs I need to enter the inputs (including the connection), enter the mode of switching (plus any part required in it), then enter the outputs. I then need the software to create the schematic diagram (like a flow chart) so the parts all line up and the flow lines do not cross. When I print it it needs to have information along the bottom including my company details, the client/project name, the date and a description of the project. I need the software to be able to scale the picture to print at either A4, A3 or A1 The software will need to automate products. For example, if I am using a 16x16 switcher, and I add 17 inputs the software will automatically upgrade the switcher to 32x32. Also, if I am using Connection A from an input the software will automatically add Connection A to the switcher so they are compatible. I do not need the developer to enter the products, however I do need a "product entry" system so I can add an input, output or switcher, name the type of connection and it will add the product to my options. Selecting products can be by search, drop down menu etc. I don't mind what you program this in, whatever is easiest. I just need it to be simple to add products to a diagram and have it automatically lay out and link the products together. I have included an example of what a simple schematic diagram looks like.
