Build a website and back office admin to allow customers to return product for repair and print out the return label using the UPS return API. Flow would be customer (a) creates an account (b) selects a product to return from a small list (c) enters serial number or numbers depending on number of items being returned (d) use Paypal API to pay for repairs (e) select "Send Me A Box To Return My Items In" or "Print A Return Label" using the UPS Return Service API. Email the customer the label, RA document and receipt. Allow the customer to login and see their returns / status.
Back end tracking - acknowledge the return is received and the right number of items / matching serial numbers and send the customer an email. Acknowledge the repair is complete and send customer tracking via email. Print outgoing UPS label via UPS API.
