Complete Website + Graphic Templates

This project consists of a complete website for the purpose of creating a gaming community. Website can be based upon an existing CMS like xoops or plone, but will need to have a CMS if it is not. Site will consist of at least 10 different sections, and as many as 15 (forums, news, games, f.a.q., donations, calendar, events, teams, search, server status, etc.) Site is to incorporate google ads, and other external content available via RSS or XML. Site will allow for user login, and then provide dynamic content to the user based upon profile settings (favorite game news, website template for favorite game, membership groups, etc.) Project also includes the creation of website templates for five games, with possibility for more at a later time.
