Convert template to actual website and full development

Hi,
I need a website done. Illustrator file is ready. I need someone who can convert it into actual website.
My client is really dump with computer but she will manage the website so I need someone who can customise the backend as well. I usually go for Joomla but unfortunately Joomla can't do this so I am thinking of using Modx or Drupal but is up to you to decide what CMS you would use. However, it must be in PHP environment.

Please let me know what CMS you going to use and how would you do this project. Don't just send me a template reply as I usually don't read it. I would choice the developer depends on your understanding and portfolio. Also you must have Skype available through out the whole development. Feel free to ask me any questions. Happy biding.

Hello! I'd use MODx 2.1 for this. I really like it's flexibility. Nice design by the way. A similar thing in PM.
