first I will say Im a webmaster and has a lot of years experience in this bizz, so please just reply to this project if you have the knowledge.
Ok this is not a hard project, be cause there is a lot of frr scripts/tools there can be used.
I need a Forum/blog where user can have there profile where they can add friends, photos...
lets say a Arsenal(football club) fan wants to sign up, he then signs up in the arsenal fan forum/blog/community section where hes conected to and he also gets hes profile, where he can add photos, make a blog, add/get friends, but he also can post on other forums(football clubs) forum/blogs/community pages on the site, but there will be a icon + avatar, where the icon is the club logo which hes a fan of.
Thats it a lot of this can be created with open source products phpBB, elgg aroundme or CMS like joomla, drupal...
of cause I also need in writing full license for this, also this project could lead to more.
