I need to make a custom site for a Golf shop where design, clarity, and easy update of content is made from a custom CMS like Joomla. Template is already created in Photoshop by me, it needs some small modifcations on logo, main navigation buttons (we need to add final navigation, read below and mouseover, etc), and positioning of some items. But you can see the mockup, it's completed. The inner pages will have a left sidebar with links to all 5 companie they work with, and link to family of products, so that they can be filtered by the application and shown on the main content area.
I've attached mockup and word document with full details.

The Golf shop won't have any payment gateway, when users see the products, and they click on details they will have a button where they can ask for more information about the product (admin will get a notification by email and on control panel).
Summary of what we need:
CMS: yes, Joomla. Internal admin panel should be in Spanish. We need to be able to change all text and photos, products, etc, from the CMS. Default language for Joomla admin area will be Spanish
Languages: 2 (english and spanish: well provide you with spanish text)
Programming language: PHP + Mysql + CSS
Keyword Rich URL: we need the URLs to use Mod_Rewrite so that we don't have ?id=1 URLs, better for SEO.
This is what we need for the golf shop web site:
• Home page: we'll have a the logo then main navigation and a nice flash animation (we'll provide you with this flash animation, already done). Then we'll have 5 main companies with a graphic and description as on mockup (when we click on it we'll see products from that company), right sidebar with latest news and Locator searcher. and the footer with logos of the companies they work with (5), and footer links. A top area (where Precept logo is), where we'll show a small flash animation with 5 logos sliding in/out. Graphics on 5 main services of homepage will be different, I have them already chosen. We need to adapt a little bit the 5 brands photos and lorem ipsum text (description) and logo so that they are symmetric and ordered ok? (We need to be able to edit those photos and texts in both languages on home page. As you can see we need to fix a bit the layout to make it look symmetrical and right spacing, ok? We'll also need that you add your own creativity when needed on the other pages, following the same patterns of design that are seen on this mockup or similar
• Who we are: left sidebar with links to philosophy, who we are, experience. Conten will change depending on link clicked. Similar to how [url removed, login to view] does (done by us as well). We need to use custom bullets related to golf, instead of the arrows.
• Products: we'll have about 5-6 brands we work with. Each brand will have its own catalogue of products. So we need to show icons of these brands and see all products for each brand.
o We need a sidebar where to show links to the 5 brands, when we click on it we'll see products from them.
o SEARCH: we need to be able to search through the brands and type of products.
o One of the brands will just be some text and link to downloadable pdf catalogue This won't be searchable
o Another brand will be adapting a captured database of products from their site (we'll provide you with database of products, you'll need to adapt it to our design and structure. This won't be searchable. It's already captured.
• Shop locator: this company is the contact for many shop in 2 countries (Spain and Portugal). So we need to make a small script that will allow us to add any shop (name, address, city, province, country, phone, email, url and description with photo) so that they can add any from the admin area. This will be shown in a nice page where Spain, Portugal are shown and they can easily locate the shops on a search area and see the dealers.
• News: this will be a news area (2 languages always). Admin will be able to add any news with photo and WYSIWYG editor, and also photos to it. The news page will show the list of news with a paging navigation and on the sidebar we'll show list of news (months, categories).
• Contact form: contact form with departments, each department will receive emails on differente accounts (depending on the dropdown selection). We need to show the Google Maps Location with Google Maps as well, this is easily done.

ADMIN AREA:
• User access: there will be 2 different access for users
o Admin: they will be able to see the whole site, and change text, photos, etc
o User: he'll be able to see the list of retail prices for all the products and download pdf files of catalogues from the 5-6 companies they work with.
o We'll have to log all that admin and each user does:
 When they log
 Last time they logged
 Which product's photo and catalogues they downloaded and how many times
o We'll have to create a small script that will send users (database of 1000+ users) a custom email with user (email) and password (temporal) so that they can log in and see catalogues available for them, products, etc. Once they log in for the first time t hey will be asked to change passwor. We'll need the remmeber password function.
o We need to be able to add manually any user so that they can have access or not to the list of prices and catalogues and send an email to them with that info (based on a template)
• PRODUCTS:
o we need to be able to add any category of products and any brand of products (so far 5-6 brands). And data like product name, reference, color, description (WYSIWYG editor), price, etc.
o Products can be featured: 2 types
 Its page: when we tick on “featured” they will appear the first ones on the list of producst of its category or search
 Home page: they will appear on the home page as featured.
• SHOP LOCATOR: described above
• EMAILS RECEIVED: we should log all emails received from the form and all queries from product's pages
• NEWSLETTER/MASS EMAIL: we should be able to send mass email to all users in client's database (that has access to internal site). We should be able to use any html template we import. We can use PHPLIST for this.
• NEWS: adding/editing deleting news. Read above
• Manage pages and sidebars: we need to be able to add/edit/remove any text and photos on any pages. And add new pages to the sibebar.
