Move and change PHP databae

We have an PHP-database with some forms (around 2000 code lines). We want to move this database and integrate this to another website. The website we are moving to is written in APS code (just about 100 code lines).
You must convert the old ASP code to PHP, and integrate the existing PHP-database.
After you have integrated the PHP-database we want you to fix some bugs and do some changes in the functionality.
You must also structure the code and write some documentation (in the code-files), sow its easy for someone else to do changes.
