Need website for Tshirt Business

We need a website to sell my pre designed Tshirts, mugs, caps etc. Also when cusotmers go on to website they can buy pre designed T shirts or they can get it customized by uploading their own wording/logo etc direct on the website. It should also give customers to choose color and size. Should have 3 to 4 banners. This will be an ecommerce website. Checkout is through paypal and shipping is through Canada post both module need to be installed. We do not need Oscommerce. or joomla stuff etc. Last and very important notice: We are not paying anything in advance. If you ok with that feel free to bid on. We will not respond any bid with asking deposit. Just had very bad experince. This site need to be done in 10 days maximum. On 11th day it will be considered as canceled.
